Photoshop elements 8 or photoshop CS4, which is better for digital scrapbooking?

I would get Elements. First of all, it is the version of Photoshop intended for the consumer, vs. the professional digital artist, photographer, web designer, etc. Second, there are lots of site that can help you with digital scrapbooking, and there are kits you can get that provide embellishments and other items that are compatible with Photoshop, any version.
Most important, however, is that Elements is less than $100 while full CS4 is $700 to $1000 depending on whether you get the standard or extended version.
